Curriculum
      In order to cultivate students as professional counselors owning   psychological background, our teaching activities focus on following four aspects.
1.      Basic psychological knowledge courses
    Providing applying psychological courses, such as General Psychology (3), Developmental Psychology (3), Personality Psychology (3), Abnormal Psychology (3), Healthy Psychology….etc.
2. Basic counseling knowledge courses
   Providing courses related to basic counseling theories and skills, such as The Introduction of Counseling (3), Counseling Theory and Technology (3), Group Counseling (3), Individual Counseling (3)…..etc.
         3.Company counselor training courses
Providing courses related to the issues of counseling in company environment, such as Stress and Emotion Management (2), Career Development and Counseling (3),Industry Psychology (3), The Career Guidance and Classic Counseling Writing….etc.
4.Community counselor training courses
Providing courses related to community counseling issues, such as Interpersonal Communication and Conflicts Control (2), Grief Counseling (2),Community Counseling(3), Social Resource Applying to Guidance(2)

    1.Professional Career

1-1 Counseling Institutions:
             To become workers in many social service institutions.
1-2 Enterprises or companies :
Our graduators may have the opportunity to work in the personnel or managing apartments to help screening, evaluating and promoting suitable workers. They may also have the ability to reform or innovate their companies. Moreover, they can take in charge of planning refresher courses in companies.
          1-3 Academic Field:
Including research in the fields of social psychology, personality, and cognitive psychologies.
          1-4 Individual clinics:
After graduating from this program, students may pursue master degree in the field. A master majored counseling, who get a counselor certificate through the national exam, can open an individual clinic.
1-5 Hospital systems:
They can evaluate mental health of clients and help doctors to diagnose and to carry psychotherapy out.
   2. Further Education:
After graduating from this program, students may pursue graduate studies in fields, such as Counseling Guidance, School Psychology, and Psychology. Students also have the opportunities to study overseas in related fields.
